Q1:Why can’t i find the wifi SSID: WIRELESS_ XXXX ?

A1:When intalling for the first time, please ensure that the DEVICE light is off after plug in, then serach wifi SSID and enter password.

Q2:How do i enter setup page again?

A2:Re-plug the device and power it on, when it sccssfully activated (DEVICE light is of, connect SSID(WIRELESS-XXXX) and input password:12345678. Then input 192.168.9.1 to enter into setup page, input usename:admin and password:12345678.

Q3:How doichange SSID, password and frequency band?

A3:After entering the stting page, youcan modify any SSID and password youwantin the text box or switch the frequency band. Please click “Save above setting and reboot” after you complete the modification. When you want to switch to 5G, you need to checkifyour router suppots 5G first.

Q4:How do i go back to factory setting?

A4:Please hold the Reset Button for 5 seconds to reset the device.
