How to Relocate JOOWIN 1200Mbps 2.4 & 5GHz Dual Band Wi-Fi Repeater

To find the best location, you can use your cellphone or judge by the led number of the indicator light to find a place where the original Wi-Fi signal (from your router) is good and in the middle between your router and the farthest place you want to extend.

Please avoid putting the wireless booster range extender Wi-Fi near Bluetooth devices and large electrical appliances such as microwave oven or refrigerator. The Wi-Fi signal could be interfered easily by these.

Setup Guidance

Note: The “pre-shared key” is your home router wifi password. Please make sure your password has no spaces and special characters. Please note your Input method status, distinguish the case of the password.

Correct way to reset this device to factory mode: (If you can not login 192.168.10.1 or find jooowin wifi)

1. Unplug the extender first, then plug it in again, wait about 2 minute (necessary step before do a reset).

2. Then press the circle button for 10s. (if the lights blink all the time, it means reset failed, please do the reset process again)

3. Wait another 2 minute, then you will find JOOWIN wifi signal on WiFi list.

Note: The reset process should be done under powered status.

If you still can not login webpage 192.168.10.1 (when connected with joowin wifi) after correc reset. My suggestion as below:

1. Please change device/browser and try to set up again to avoid compatibility issue

2. Reboot your upper router and the wifi extender since there maybe exist a program error issue.

3. Try to clear the cache of your browser.
