1. Can I use machine to wash the heated gloves?

We do not recommend to use machine wash, it will damage the inside heated element. Please wash the heated gloves by hand with mild detergent and use them again after TOTALLY dry out.

2. These gloves only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it.

Most of batteries won’t come in fully charged status so that’s why you need to recharge them for at least 4 hours when you receive it

3. Does it work under subzero area?

Yes, it does. You can enjoy extra warmth on your hands no matter what you’re doing outside!

4. Are the Fingers heated or only the back of hands?

The heating elements of SAVIOR HEAT brand heated gloves cover the whole back of hands, all fingers till finger tips to make sure enough warm.
