Precautions and Maintenance

For better printout performance and ink cartridge maintenace.

–Please cover the protective cover in time to precent the ink cartridge from drying up and blocking the nozzle.

Please keep printer in a well ventilated condition and away from wet areas, fire, flames and static electricity. If it’s not operating for more than 10 minutes, please put the protective cover back in time to prevent the nozzle from being air-dried and blocked. BT-HH6105B2 works both with solvent fast dry ink and aqueous ink cartridge. The machine from v4ink Bentsai can only use the original cartridge of our company, which is incompatible with other brands. If forced to use, it may burn the machine or the encryption chip.

1. Can the machine work while charging?

–Yes, the machine does not affect normal use during charging.

2. Why can’t all the pictures on the U disk be displayed and some of them can’t be printed?

–Picture printing has requirements on the format and size of pictures; please pay attention to the following points:

A. the machine only recognizes BMP, JPEG, PNG images;

B. The pixel of the printed picture shall not exceed 4800*150 pixels;

C. the picture file name must be named with letters or Numbers.

3. Can aqueous ink cartridge be used on B2 or B3? –Yes, B2 and B3 printers can use both aqueous ink and solvent fast dry ink. B1 can only use aqueous ink. 4. How can I import/export txt files? –You could transport your file into provided USB for print. However this B2 does not support file import and export. If you want this function please check out the B3 printer. 5. Can I calculate the cost of per letter print? –Yes, the machine provides print count function; you can record your print count and letter number to calculate the cost. 6.What’s the min size it prints qr code’s? –The minimum size of the QR code is 7.6mm. Which you could see in video that, is still cleat enough to be scanned and recognized. The max size is 12.7mm height
